We’re excited for you to experience our products! All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping costs and transit times can be estimated in checkout by inputting your delivery address.

North America: Canada, United States (all 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii), Mexico
Asia: Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates and Qatar
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Iceland
Africa: South Africa
South America: Argentina, Brazil
PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Free economy shipping on orders $200+ in North America, Asia, Oceania (after discounts, before taxes), which is available worldwide where we ship. All other options and exact costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Transit times: Orders can take up to 4-8 business days. For the most accurate delivery estimate, enter your address in checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
To give you a smooth delivery experience, Layover and Co. covers all international customs duties and brokerage fees on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional import duties when your order arrives.
EU & UK Customers:
While customs duties are included, VAT is not charged at checkout. Your local customs authority may collect VAT upon delivery. VAT rates vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Within Canada:
GST/HST is calculated automatically at checkout.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on the way. You can also log in to your account anytime to view your status. Please note that Layover and Co. is not responsible for transit delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
