Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! While you have up to 30 days to request a return, please note that return shipping costs and responsibilities are covered by the customer.
If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We can provide a return shipping label upon request, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once your request is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. A return postage fee of US$10 will be deducted from your refund.
Customers assume any risk of damage, theft, or loss of goods during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
We also recommend taking a quick photo of the item and its packaging before sending it back. This helps protect both you and us in case of any issues during transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return & Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@layoverandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@layoverandco.com
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
- Have an approved return request before shipping it back
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards

No Exchanges Available
We do not offer exchanges for orders.
If you need a different item:
- Return your original purchase (if eligible).
- Place a new order separately.
1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
All products are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers failures in materials or workmanship, including (but not limited to):
- Stitching
- Zippers
- Hardware
- Corners and structural seams
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, patina development, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by third parties.
Warranty Claims & Resolution
If a product fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, you may return the item to us for assessment.
Once we receive the product, our team will investigate the issue and contact you to agree on the most appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Repair of the item, or
- Replacement with the same or a comparable product if the item is deemed unrepairable
Repair Turnaround Time
Please note that product repairs may take up to five (5) weeks to complete from the date the repair process begins.
If your repair request is received during a high-volume repair period, the repair timeline will commence immediately after that period ends.
Additional Notes
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item unless otherwise agreed.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
